Bunker museum<\/h2>\n

Bunker Museum Hirtshals is the only excavated, complete German defense installation from World War II in Denmark which is open to the public.<\/span> The museum consists of 54 excavated bunkers along with many gun, mortar and machingun locations.<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”2435″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Hirtshals Golf Club<\/h2>\n

Hirtshals Museum<\/h2>\n

Hirtshals is a wonderful city and it is a real pleasure to be able to tell about the city’s identity.<\/span> We do this at Hirtshals Museum.<\/span> A great tale lies in the harbor.<\/span> Without it, no city.<\/span> That is why the story of engineer Fibiger’s fantastic harbor construction in the first decades of the 20th century is the physical core of Hirtshals.<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”2439″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Hirtshals Lighthouse<\/h2>\n

Hirtshals lighthouse <\/span>was built in 1863 in a late classicist style with N.S.<\/span> Nebelong as an architect and C.F.<\/span> Rough as an engineer.<\/span> The facility is composed of the lighthouse, two corridor buildings that connect the lighthouse with the two functionary buildings, an outbuilding (1863), a machine house (1914) and a siren house (1958).<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”2441″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Nords\u00f8museet<\/h2>\n

Nords\u00f8en Oceanarium is a public aquarium and museum that opened in 1998 on the shores of the North Sea in Hirtshals, North Jutland, Denmark.<\/span> Their main tank, which holds 4,500,000 liters, is the largest in Northern Europe, but the Oceanarium also has several smaller habitat aquariums and an exhibition of seals.<\/span> The species shown are native to the seas around Denmark.<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”2443″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Hirtshals Fiskefestival<\/h2>\n

Hirtshals Fiskefestival extends over three days with several regular activities and events.<\/span> Among other things, it offers<\/span> activities for children, guided harbor tours, competitions, tastings and auction of fish.<\/span> Friday and Saturday nights there is a large fish buffet, made from local products, and on Saturday night the festival closes with live music and partying.<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”2447″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Tornby Strand<\/h2>\n

Tornby beach is one of the areas best beaches and therefore also one of the most visited.<\/span> During the summer, lifeguards protect the beach.<\/span>\u00a0 The beautiful blue water and the lovely white sand make the beach a wonderful place.<\/span> All year round you have beautiful nature experiences.<\/span> The high sun backing from the sky in summer and the wind howling and blowing around sea foam in autumn and winter.<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”2449″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
