At Hirtshals Kro, we have for the last 200 years brewed bjesk made from local herbs collected in northern Jutland. The bjesk is brewed in our modern copper distillery. Among other things, we take the local flavors as a starting point that are found in and around Hirtshals.

Taste our amber beech and get a feel for the North Sea and the West Wind. If you are looking for the slightly fresher or spicy flavors, you can taste our juniper, porcupine, forest brand, walnut and sloe beetles.

With a capacity of up to 200 people, our premises can be made to suit almost all types of events.

Weddings, meetings, concerts, revues, Christmas lunches, conferences and confirmations, we can handle pretty much anything.
